Originally from Mumbai, Vijay began his hospitality journey in 2003 as a crew member at McDonald’s. With over 20 years of experience, he has risen through the ranks—from steward to general manager—driven by hard work and ambition. Vijay has honed his expertise at renowned establishments like Indigo, Joss, Moshes, Exotica, Zara, and Fat Pigeon. Now, as Brand Operations Head at Half a Bawa Hospitality, he brings his extensive skill set to setting up and managing multiple properties, offering valuable insights into operational excellence and business growth.
Chapay Anand | Beverage Programme Head
is a bar expert with over 15 years in the F&B industry. Renowned for his innovative approach and knack for crafting unique drink menus, Anand has earned accolades such as Best Bartender and Best Mixologist. Anand’s achievements include curating over 1000 cocktails for Jaavc Statement Media and spearheading the opening of Hyderabad’s first Speak Easy Bar, in 2018. Having enhanced bar programs at several premium venues, Anand now leads the beverage program at Half a Bawa, ensuring the clients can offer an extensive and exceptional bar

With over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience, complemented by a 3.5-year corporate stint and an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Indian School of Business, Honey’s career journey reflects ambition and adaptability. Now, as Managing Partner at Half a Bawa, she leverages her extensive experience and strategic insights to help brands realize their full potential through impactful marketing and growth strategies.

His talent and dedication have earned him multiple accolades, including Best Bartender and Best Mixologist, as well as the prestigious national title in the Jack Daniels National Championship.Anand’s career highlights include curating over 1,000 cocktails for Jaavc Statement Media and launching Hyderabad’s first Speakeasy Bar in 2018. He has also led the development of bars that ranked among India’s Top 30 for three consecutive years, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the beverage space.
Now heading the beverage program at Half a Bawa, Anand brings his wealth of experience and creative vision to ensure that clients enjoy a diverse and exceptional bar offering.
Ridhi Singhania | Strategy Consultant
With a Master’s in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design and a background spanning design research, experience design, strategy, and innovation, Ridhi Singhania blends creativity with sharp business thinking. She has worked with brands like EatFit, CakeZone, and HoneyVeda, and also led her own venture for three years—giving her a strong grasp of both creative and strategic execution.
As Strategy Consultant at Half a Bawa, Ridhi crafts solutions rooted in human-centered design and business impact. She works closely with clients to shape direction, align on vision, and drive meaningful results.
Rohit Guha | Creative Head
